What does it take to get pre-approved?  Not as much as you think.  With a short phone interview, I can provide you with your credit score, amount you qualify for and a list of items that would be needed to complete your application.  Below is a list of some items that you may need to begin gathering together for your approval.  Every person is unique and each situation is different.  Therefore, different information will be required for each individual situation.

• Copies of your last two paystubs
• Copies of your last two year's W-2's 
• Copies of your last two years tax returns (If self employed)
• Year to date Profit and Loss statement (If self employed)
• Copies of your last two bank statements for all accounts including retirement funds or stocks
• Landlord reference from your current landlord if you are renting.
• Copies of Divorce Decree (If Applicable)
• Copy of your bancruptcy papers (if Applicable)
  
  Some programs do not require documentation of the above.  I will advise you what will be required from you during the pre-qualification process.
